On scope Project work — scripting, production, specific campaigns — sits outside both tiers and is scoped and quoted separately. Both tiers include strategic direction of any project work; execution is billed on top.

Fractional work is a relationship. Before anything is agreed, we have a 30-minute call to establish fit — your needs, my capacity, whether the timing is right for both of us.

A defined scope
We agree the tier, the cadence, and exactly what the engagement covers. Everything is written down before we start. No ambiguity, no drift.

We begin
Month one starts with a deep-dive into your story, your creative landscape, and where things stand. From there we work to a regular rhythm that fits how your organisation actually operates.
